We know of Saruman, Radagast, and Gandalf but what happened to the other two wizards? Any ideas?

The other two were named Alatar and Pallando, and were sent to Middle-Earth by the Valar Orome. It is said in Unfinished Tales (pg.410): "...and others of the Istari who ent into the East of Middle-earth, and do not come into these tales." In other words little to none is known about them.

I thought I read in Unfinished Tales that the two blue wizards went into the far east with Saruman, and it was only he who came back.

As I said in the threads around here, Saruman travelled east with the Blue Wizards and they never returned except for Saruman, so we don't really know what happened to them.
Some believe that they were captured and turned evil or they died.

I thought I read in Unfinished Tales that the two blue wizards went into the far east with Saruman, and it was only he who came back. When the Istari first arrived in Middle-earth, Saruman and the Blue Wizards journeyed into the east, but only Saruman returned. "whether they remained in the East, pursuing there the purposes for which they were sent; or perished; or as some hold were ensnared by Sauron and became his servants, is not not known." (UT, p. 390)
