[glow=black,2,300]Through all my love for the Rings of Power I have been able to find little to no information on the Seven for the Dwarven Kings.
I believe there was one in Moria before its fall and that most were destroyed. Any and all information will be greatly appreciated, thank you.[/glow]

I've actually just read a little of this in Appendix A of LotR. There is a section on Dwarves. I don't have it in front of me right now but will post more later.

and btw, the dwarf/elf/human rings of power could be destroyed. in fotr, gandalf said that dragon's flame could get them, but there weren't any with enough heat to get the great ring

I thought I read somewhere that the Dwarves sort of lost interest in their rings after they found out Sauron was watching them.

I know the dwarf rings didn't affect them the way that Sauron had wanted. It didn't put them under his control, but made them "lust" after gold and better at getting riches.
Any more thoughts?

He was pretty pissed I am sure. But the fact that he corrupted the men who he gave the rings must have been a good feeling for him, since he hates men with all his heart.

Ah yes, but he hates the First Born (Elves) above all of the Children of Eru.

Sauron did corrupt a whole bunch of elves and had great influence over them. That's how they made the rings - he taught them - he taught Celebrimbor
I believe Sauron hates Men more because Eru gave them the gift of death. Elves will vanish with the earth, but no one knows what special thing awaits Men

Control over the Elves? Nay. He decieved them into thinking that he was Annatar, not Melkor, during his teachings to the Elves at Eregion.

What? Celebrimbor forged the Three in secret, yes, but they only learned of their deception when Sauron placed the Ruling Ring on his finger. Unless I am mistaken?
