What are some of you favorite authors, and your favorite books writen by them (optional). Don't include Tolkien. Mine are: Frank Peretti - I love both his kids series and his teen series Ted Dekar - I like his series of Black, Red, and White. Weird names, but they match the book.

J.R.R.Tolkein (I know, painfully obvious, but..) C.S. Lewis Sue Monk Kidd

Wow, that's an impressive list. I'm probably 10-15 years older than Varda and I've probably not read so many books non-Tolkien
