My sister and I have hardly been listening to anything but Death Cab for Cutie for the last month or so in eager anticipation of their concert, which we finally attended tonight! We bought our tickets the day they came out, which was lucky, as the show sold out within the week! It was an excellent, excellent performance. What I particularly love about Death Cab is their utterly poetic lyrics; there's a lot of music out there that I can enjoy, but for a song to really win me, it has to make me think, which Death Cab's music certainly does. It's also really nice to have a band that both my sister and I can enjoy... a rare occurrence, believe me!

I'd just like to tell you of some music that should be mandatory listening for the human race. What's in my player: ....Crosby Stills Nash and Young - Carry On, Teach Your Children Well, Woodstock ....Baroque, by Malice Mizer .....Rush (don't even get me started on the masters) - Red Barchetta, Hemispheres, Virtuality, By-Tor and the Snow Dog .....Beatles - Hey Bulldog, Mean Mr. Mustard, Strawberry Fields
and a very funny song i highly recommend called "More Tea Vicar?" by Kevin Bloody Wilson
