Hey, sometimes ensemble is the most fun. You don't have to learn as many lines or attend as many rehearsals, but you get to wear some of the more outrageous costumes. Well done, Ania!

Hi, I'm studying media at college and am also a lotr fan. I have been asked to talk to other fans about certain issues regarding the books and films. If at all possible, would you mind answering/debating a few of these issues. I am looking into representation of women in both the books and films and i would like to know your thoughts on this. Would you agree that certain women influence key male figures such as Aragorn etc? Why do you think that Liv Tyler was cast the role of Arwen and do you think she would have been better suited as Galadriel or Eowyn? What are your thoughts on Lady Goldberry not being included in the film and do you think this detracts from the film in any way? Any other key moments that particularly appeal to you, concerning the three central women. Any comments will be greatly appreciated. Thanks. ![:)](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v347/Hannah22/Fourm/smiley.gif) Feel free to email me at Lizci_90@hotmail.com Liz

Mine was so-so: I ended up spending it with a group of people I didn't feel much a part of. There was one high point to the evening, when we all went down to the Oxford Canal and dumped tea from our dining hall into the water, then sang the Star-Spangled Banner out of key.

A little late to be replying, but I slept most of the 4th. My internal clockwork is skewed because of my job hours and staying up late on World of Warcrack. In other news, I've got my own place now. Moved to a college town here in Alabama, can't say it's wonderful but it is a lot better than where I was. I'll be a freshman this year. Somewhat anxious, and I don't know what I want to do. Hope everyone is feeling well.

Congratulations on your move, Beren! It's all right to be aimless for a while - college is supposed to help you figure things out. Good luck with your first year!
