Let's test our knowledge Tolkien and his writings. This is in regards to the books only - no movie trivia, please.
Player 1 asks a question.
Everyone else tries to guess the correct answer.
Player 1 tells them if they are right or not.
When someone gets it right they get to ask the next question.
And so on.
Have fun!

ok thank you
In addition to hurrying to rivendell what other 3 things does Aragorn do to aid in frodos healing (and "lessen" the evil of the knife ) after he is attacked on weathertop?
try and get all three but at a push i will accept two of the three.

I'm sure hot water and Athelas counts as one (or two), but does keeping warm count also (excluding hot water, which was used for washing the wound)? Scaring away the Witch -King? I highly doubt I'll get this one rite.

i'm sorry - i do tend to ask awkward questions ![:)](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v347/Hannah22/Fourm/smiley.gif) but then we wouldn't be testing our knowledge if they are right easy would we? ![:)](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v347/Hannah22/Fourm/smiley.gif) i shall give u a clue anyway anyway: you got one of them - the other two are more specifially to do with the knife - and both are not shown /mentioned in the film.

well done! - - near as dammit anyway -
1) he directly treated the wound with athelas 2) he placed the knife on his knee and chanted/sang over it to reduce it's effects 3) he brought the knife with him to rivendell and Elrond so Elrond would have a better understanding of how to heal frodo
nice one
your go!

I think it was called that because it flowed through Fangorn Forest .
